Probably the easiest way to order is via our online shop. Once you have placed your first order and are a registered customer you can enjoy additional benefits including simply repeating previous orders. Please see the "Registered Users" section for further details.

At Nobisco we use Sagepay to provide a simple and secure way of completing your transaction. Sagepay are a fully approved Level 1 service provider. All data is transferred between merchants and Sagepay using 128 level encryption and data sent from Sagepay to customers is signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. Most cards including American Express are accepted.

By Phone

Call us free on 0800 197 5656 to place an order by phone. If you are an existing customer please have your account reference number available. If you do not have a credit account with Nobisco please also have a payment card available. We are happy to take payment by cheque however this can result in lengthy delays in processing your order whilst the cheque is cleared.

Payment can be made by corporate purchasing card in which case Nobisco are able to provide line item VAT statements.

Nobisco does offer a payment on delivery service for customers based in the West Midlands.

By Fax or Email

Credit account holders or those requiring a Pro Forma invoice are welcome to send orders by fax to 0121 328 2375 or by email to sales@nobisco.co.uk. Our sales team will be happy to provide you with either a generic or bespoke template to simplify the ordering process.

Collection

You are welcome to collect goods from our Birmingham branch. We do request 24 hours notice so we can check your goods are in stock, pick the goods and print documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.

Public sector and corporate accounts are welcome to take advantage of our EDI facility. EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) enables the purchasing and invoicing processes to be conducted almost instantly via the internet. For further details email us at sales@nobisco.co.uk.
