Making A Purchase Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron . We also accept cheques and postal orders. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for despatch.If your item is not in stock we will email you with the anticipated delivery date. You will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, over the Internet or even by snail mail!

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days (from the day following receipt of your order) without giving a reason and we will refund your money within 30 days.

Prices where quoted do not represent an offer but an "invitation to treat" and unless otherwise agreed, prices shown are subject to alteration without notice. All goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time the order is placed, and will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Shipping And Handling A UK mainland shipping and handling charge of £15 will apply to all orders under £150, orders exceeding £150 are delivered free. We have had to restricted the number of bulky items such as bubble wrap to one off per order. For high volume deliveries or for deliveries outside the UK mainland please ask for a quotation. Delivery Schedule Please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All UK orders are subject to 17.5% VAT.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee that if any item fails to meet your expectations it can be returned within 7 days and a full refund will be issued. Goods should be returned in there original condition where possible and be accompanied by a returns reference number obtainable from phoning our freephone number 0800 1975656 or by emailing returns@nobisco.co.uk. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification, or to products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Returns Policy If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of delivery, in it's original condition and packaging where possible, together with the returns reference number (see Guarantee). We will exchange it or offer you a full refund. This does not apply to personalised items, products made to your specification, to non stock items or to products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Such products may either be non returnable or be subject to a restocking charge.
